We offer FREE delivery to most of the mainland UK. Unfortunately, we aren’t currently able to deliver to the Highlands and Islands (including Northern, Southern Ireland and parts of Scotland). You would be most welcome to arrange your own collection from our warehouse.
The Original Screen Company Items
Our own items, such as the Oriental, Shoji and Premier Collection screens are despatched directly from us to you using ParcelForce.
No goods will be despatched until we have agreed a suitable delivery date with you.
Our products from The Original Screen Company warehouse are available for delivery as soon as possible, usually within 3 days, next day when in stock, ordered before 11 am and confirmed by email.
Delivery times are Tuesday to Friday 9am – 6pm. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot specify a particular time of day for delivery, this is an all day service.
All Arthouse items, such as the Decorative Room Dividers and Enchantment Range are despatched from the Arthouse warehouse to you, not via us.
Goods are despatched automatically on receipt of your order and delivery is usually within 5 working days.

Applicable to all deliveries
Please enter your delivery information carefully. Once the goods have been despatched there will be a charge of £10 should the delivery address need to be altered, as our courier will have to re-direct the goods.
Should a delivery be attempted and failed, and the screen be returned to us, a charge of £15 will be made for re-delivery.
Our carriers are NOT insured to enter a building/home, so delivery will be to the front door of the property you have chosen as the delivery address. If you are living in a flat or apartment the delivery will take place to the main front door of the building only.
Our Screens and Wall Art need to be handled with care, and are carefully boxed to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. Your signature is required on delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please ensure that you carefully check the condition of the box on delivery for any damage and refuse delivery of boxes that have been damaged. If, when opened, the goods have been damaged in transit and signed for as damaged, then please inform us by email within 2 days of receipt and we will exchange or offer a full refund. Goods that are not signed for as damaged will not qualify for a full refund as we will not be able to claim from the courier. Photos of damaged items and boxing will be required. All returns must be made within 14 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
